Location: Hybrid. Must be able to work 3 days in the Pickering
office.

ABOUT OCNI:
OCNI is an association of more than 200 Canadian
suppliers to the nuclear industry. OCNI is the leading voice of the Canadian
nuclear supply chain and actively promotes the production of safe, clean, and
reliable nuclear base load electricity as a central part of Canada’s balanced
electricity generation portfolio. OCNI also encourages and supports its member
companies with taking their unique capabilities and high standards of quality
and customer value to offshore nuclear markets through partnerships with local
suppliers, power plant designers, nuclear utilities, and government agencies.
OCNI has prepared a
three-year Indigenous Engagement Business Plan with a goal to position OCNI as
an industry leader for Indigenous engagement planning and implementation.

Your excellent communication skills allow you to effectively articulate the
benefits of nuclear energy and medical isotopes to Indigenous Peoples,
fostering trust and mutual understanding. Your proactive approach in researching
and addressing Indigenous issues demonstrates your commitment to supporting
Indigenous employment and business development initiatives. You are a strategic
thinker, adept at developing and implementing engagement plans to achieve
OCNI's Indigenous engagement objectives. Your role is pivotal in advocating for
Indigenous inclusion in the nuclear sector and contributing to OCNI's position
as an industry leader in Indigenous engagement.
