THE JOB: Senior Administrative Assistant, Operations (12 Month Contract)
The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range.
Starting Salary Range: $51,360 - $64,200
Reporting to the Executive Vice President (EVP), Operations (COO), the Senior Administrative Assistant, Operations plays a key role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the COO across a range of initiatives, projects, and working groups. This position requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skill, and discretion, as it supports executive-level functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as they will be responsible for drafting, editing, and managing high-level documentation including correspondence, briefing notes, meeting minutes, agendas, PowerPoint presentations, and emails on behalf of the COO. This role requires a high degree of attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. The position also requires political acumen and tact when engaging with internal and external partners.
Additionally, the Senior Administrative Assistant will assist in managing operational activities such as budget tracking, expense submissions, and scheduling. They will organize team meetings, coordinate events, and support the execution of ad hoc projects as required, contributing to the efficient functioning of the COO’s office and the broader operations team.
