The Maples Provincial Outreach Team, is a dedicated group of 14 skilled Mental Health Clinicians and a Team Leader, who are part of the Maples Adolescent Treatment Centre Tertiary Care program. The group brings diverse clinical expertise and works collaboratively to support children and youth with severe and enduring mental health challenges, particularly in Ministry Care, other arranged care, or at risk of entering care. We emphasize trauma-informed, culturally agile practices and partner respectfully with Indigenous communities to build capacity and deliver timely, impactful services directly in community. We collaborate with community partners to reduce trauma, build capacity, provide education and training, and create sustainable solutions for youth and their support networks.

In this role, you will assess the community capacity both on and off reserve and work collaboratively within the complex systems of care attached to the child/youth to identify how to optimize and strengthen existing resources.
