Salary:
- $19.53- $22.05/hour (As of January 2025: starting rate of $20.31/hour)
- Salary increases per company policy, based on 6-month and yearly milestones, and annual cost of living adjustments

Physical Capabilities:

Additional Information: Must complete and pass 20-week paid training.
Duties:
- Lift and load food service products onto pallets, and prepare pallets for shipping to a customer location
- Accurately scan and select products using a computerized inventory system
- Operate power equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety rules and regulations and Food Safety programs
- Meet productivity standards
