This position is based in the Edmonton, AB Industrial Office.Office Operations
Reconcile credit card monthly
Collect, track, coordinate and file all IR related vendor and subcontractor information
Track Invoices and update budget monthly
Monitor and triage shared emails
Maintain resume databases
Maintain a list of Indigenous community contacts
Send out job postings weekly to community contacts
CRM input
Support Dashboard initiative data collection
Prepare board reports for JVβs as required
Book and coordinate travel
Swag budget/ordering/inventory management
Maintain meeting minutes
Events
Support IR team event planning
Pack and prepare swag for event
Preparing offerings/gifts for Indigenous ceremony
Send materials to other districts/offices for IR events
Ship Swag and promotional items to locations of events
Participate/maintain booth at events
Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
High energy individual who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
Understanding of Indigenous culture and protocol
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including, Excel, Word, Outlook) required
Excellent written communication skills, including letter creation, email communications, and phone presence
Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proven ability to demonstrate high level of confidentiality, including tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a sensitive nature
Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships both internally and externally
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment
Ability to work collaboratively with a positive attitude
